Need to Make A Payment?

We encourage you to pay remotely using the following methods:
  • Mail a check or money order
  • Pay by ACH (electronic check) or debit card by calling your local office
  • Pay by ACH(electronic check) or debit card online

  • Cash, checks, and ACH (electronic check) are accepted at the branch. For the health and safety of you, our employees, and our community, we ask that you stay six feet from others. If necessary, please cough or sneeze into your elbow. If sick, please stay home. Lastly, you can utilize the drop slots located at each office. In Roanoke Rapids, you can also use the drive-thru during normal business hours.

    Need to Close a Loan?

    While walk-ins are welcome, we encourage you to call your local branch to arrange an appointment. We want to have your loan documents ready for you to minimize the wait time in our office. We also offer curbside loan closing for those who prefer to stay in their car.
